Payment method
Credit card and direct credit is available, however we request payment in full before the day of your treatment. In some cases cash payments MAY be accepted on the day of the treatment.
Group Bookings
A 50% deposit is required at time booking is made to secure your booking, either by direct credit or credit card. The balance is required 30 days prior to the treatment date. No changes can be made to the booking after this time.
Cancellation policy
100% of deposit will be returned if more than 21 days from expected treatment date is given. 50% of deposit will be returned within 21 - 14 days of expected treatment date in the form of a gift voucher. No refund of deposit will be given if less than 14 days notice is given.
